Abstract
A new noble Pd(II) complex is synthesized from . Pd(Cod)Cl2 and a Schiff base ligand. The complex is characterized by FTIR, UVVis, 1H and 13C NMR analysis. The complex PdL screened the activity of aryl halides and boronic acids for SuzukiMiyaura crosscoupling reaction. The catalyst is found efficient at room temperature.
