The objectives of the study were to identify the loci that determine the productivitytrait Russian rice varieties under the influence of drought and high temperatures. Phenotyping of 23 domestic rice varieties by trait was carried out from 2019 to 2020. A sample of 20 plants of the cultivar per variant of the experiment, 10 plants per vessel were grown on the optimal background of mineral nutrition, on the growing plot until the flowering phase. Then the vessels were brought into the chambers of the artificial climate with different temperatures (350C and 250C) and water regime until maturation. The varieties were divided into groups with different resistance to stress. The markers studied were distributed across all 12 rice chromosomes. Rice cultivars were labeled using 100 molecular SSR markers, both neutral and adaptive. 50 of them were found to be monomorphic for domestic rice varieties. Analysis of variance made it possible to establish a relationship between stress resistance and variability of cultivars for individual SSR markers. As a result of the work, four chromosome regions were identified that significantly contribute to the formation of the trait "empty grain during drought" in Russian rice varieties in the regions of localization of markers RM 600, RM 25, RM289, RM6410. The RM 509 marker is associated with the formation of 1000 grain mass under stress. The formation of the "main panicle mass" trait was influenced by genes in the regions of localization of markers RM 104, RM 509. RM 600, RM 261, RM574, RM6410. A decrease in the significance level to 0.09 made it possible to identify more chromosome regions with possible localization of genes that determine the empty grain of domestic rice varieties and other trait under stress. They are located in the regions of localization of markers RM 5707, RM322, RM289.
